Model. Simulate. Improve.

Turn a static process diagram into a measurable business experiment

AridentFlow is a local-first business process simulation and optimization studio. Model your process, attach quantitative assumptions, run stochastic simulations, and compare alternatives with evidence — entirely in your browser.

Private by default. Decision-oriented by design.

Working thesis

AridentFlow should make a static process model behave like a measurable business experiment: configure assumptions, simulate outcomes, identify constraints, compare alternatives and communicate the expected impact.

Private by default

Core project data remains in the browser.

Decision-oriented

Insights explain what changes and why it matters.

Engineered to scale

Domain logic stays portable beyond the first frontend.

Diagrams explain sequence. They don’t quantify behavior.

Organizations frequently document workflows in BPMN diagrams, flowcharts, SOPs, spreadsheets, Visio or presentation slides. These artifacts explain sequence and responsibility, but usually do not quantify how the process behaves under uncertainty.

  • Teams know where activities occur but cannot estimate the distribution of end-to-end completion time.
  • Improvement proposals are debated using averages, anecdotes or intuition rather than scenario evidence.
  • Bottlenecks are often identified only after a process is deployed or after SLA failures become visible.
  • Sensitive operational models may be unsuitable for casual upload to external SaaS tools.

The core loop

Model. Simulate. Improve.

01

Model

Model a process such as purchase approval, employee onboarding, customer support escalation or claims handling.

02

Simulate

Attach duration, cost, SLA and routing assumptions, then run thousands of reproducible simulation cases.

03

Improve

Identify which activities or paths contribute most to delay, cost or service risk, then compare alternatives with evidence.

Illustrative example

A purchase approval process misses its 24-hour SLA. Run the baseline, identify Manager Approval as the dominant contributor, test a targeted change, and quantify the improvement.

Primary constraint

Manager Approval

Sample scenario for illustration. Figures shown here are example data — inside the studio, results are calculated from the process model and assumptions you configure.

Built for the decision, not just the diagram

Quantify before changing

Run the numbers on a proposed change before committing to it.

See the real constraint

Bottleneck analysis goes beyond visual intuition on a diagram.

Keep sensitive models local

No account and no upload required to work on your process.

Communicate decisions clearly

Executive summaries and visual comparisons built for stakeholders.

Who it’s for

Business Analysts

Model and validate process improvement hypotheses with evidence.

Operations Managers

Understand where delay and service risk actually come from.

Process Consultants

Run client workshops backed by quantified recommendations.

Transformation Leads

Prioritize redesign and automation investment with data.

What AridentFlow isn’t

AridentFlow models and simulates process behavior; it does not execute production workflows. It emphasizes explainable quantitative insight over opaque AI recommendations, and isn’t attempting to be a full BPMN execution engine or a real-time collaboration platform in this release.
